Support Desk Services 

Netflow IT Solutions, offers a dedicated Support Desk service tailored for fast food and retail businesses. The Support desk operates hand in hand with our Retail support team and is available 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Support desk acts as our first point of contact for our clients and provides 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, comprehensively tending to all IT requirements.

Our skilled technicians will resolve issues via telephone or through our remote support tools. In scenarios where our Support Desk technicians are unable to resolve the query, we will either assign the support call to one of our field technicians for an on-site visit or assign the call to the vendor responsible for the hardware or software matter.

Each support call is proactively managed on a daily basis, facilitated by ongoing status updates in collaboration with the assigned provider. Our support workflow is orchestrated through our Help Desk application, ensuring end-user access and continuous email notifications regarding call progress.

Furthermore, we extend 1st level support to address the full spectrum of repair and maintenance needs pertaining to the store’s day-to-day operational equipment.
